remapy
An open source explorer for your remarkable tablet to show, upload or delete files via the remarkable cloud.
check this list https://github.com/reHackable/awesome-reMarkable I also heard some great things about RCU http://www.davisr.me/projects/rcu/ and freeremarkabletools https://www.freeremarkabletools.com/ you can find a lot of templates on etsy if your not satified with the default templates or make your own. Here's is what I use.
I use ddvk in zen mode to switch between a ballpoint pen, a highlighter and the eraser without using the toolbar. It also enables me to go back and forth between an paper and a separate notebook with just one swipe.
I use remapy instead of the desktop app since I'm using linux. Every evening I turn off flight mode to sync and once a week a make a local back up using remapy.
For the occasional online group project, I use rmview, to share my findings (currently it's not working, but that's probably on me)
