For a single-stop solution, I recommend kube-prometheus-stack (https://github.com/prometheus-community/helm-charts/tree/main/charts/kube-prometheus-stack). This installs the Prometheus operator, an absolute must, plus Grafana, Prometheus, and Alertmanager. But it also provides a bunch of out-of-the-box dashboards and alerting rules, maintained by the community. It’s a fantastic starting point.
Take a look at https://github.com/redkubes/otomi-core. It contains everything for monitoring and alerting and offers devs an easy ui to get access to all the monitoring tools they need.
