Why would there be? As a developer, you generally don't broadcast roadmaps, because that's not the way development works. But even so, they have a generalized roadmap just for us, because people were asking: https://github.com/orgs/nanocurrency/projects/5
I don't think many people are considering the issue completely solved and if you carefully read the majority of comments you will realise that people are generally highlighting the measures that have been suggested and those that are currently being implemented. V23 is in testing and is paving the way for a better implementation of the bucket system which prioritises transaction by amount and time since last tx. Please refer to the conversation in the forum on https://forum.nano.org/ for a better idea of what this involves. You will also see a number suggestions from community members and conversation back and forth with lead devs. If you wanted to you could engage with the Nano discord and get and even clearer idea. If you had any valuable input I'm sure it would be welcome.
