  • keepassxc

KeePassXC is a cross-platform community-driven port of the Windows application “Keepass Password Safe”.

  • Use keepass or some type of password manager. They store passwords, name, URL and have a section for notes or storing other info. I like keepassXC: https://keepassxc.org/ The database in encrypted so you can make a copy on a USB that way you have a back. Also while you should never store much crypto in hot wallets, for the ones you have you can store the seeds of those hotwallets in the database (but only do that for hot wallets, never store your seed on a computer that connects to the internet)
