On the note of time-series data, I published my master's thesis on immutable time-series synchronization strategies, and I maintain an open source project called Meerschaum for syncing time-series data. I've mostly worked with utilities data, but one of my case studies for the thesis was in finance, so I hope you may be able to get some use out of the project, e.g. you can integrate your existing SQLite databases as sources or read the CSVs directly.
