The exception can vary, it might be failing with something else. For remindmebot, I treat all of these errors as transient and just keep trying. You could probably get away with only the three PRAW ones in that list.

There's an issue about this that explains the whole thing. But it's nearly two years old, so I don't think it's going to be fixed anytime soon.
