This is just for learning, just generate a seed and chose BIP84 (native Segwit) and you see all addresses, public and private keys that belong to each address. You will always be able to use those keys. You can save a copy of that page and run it in an offline and secure environment (Tails on USB stick) to get your keys in the unlikely event of missing BIP39 support. You could also print your keys and store them along with your seed, but I really think that isn't necessary and may cause your keys to get compromised in the process.
I think that's just a private key for a specific address. If you don't want to spend it you can just leave it where it is. You can look at the balance with a Blockchain explorer (like https://mempool.space ) by pasting the address in the search field.
If you want to send the funds to your Coldcard you can use Electrum ( https://electrum.org/ ) to create a wallet by importing the private key during the setup process. Once the wallet is created you can create a transaction to send it to your Coldcard wallet.
