    • I did exactly this a few months ago. I copied everything over to an external hard drive, formatted it to BTRFS (which works beautifully on windows after installing https://github.com/maharmstone/btrfs ), then copied everything back over. Then just create an automount point in /etc/fstab so it mounts automatically when you boot up the computer, and add your Steam folder on Linux and Windows.
