ive been trying to run legacy versions of macos on qemu with opencore but it wont boot. Ive tested 10.4,10.5,10.6 and 10.9. i made a script based on the OSX-KVM macos script. i also tried a opencore image here. i also tried my own custom made opencore image and the one included with osx-kvm. sorry if this isnt the right subreddit
You need to fill in the "REDACTED" values in the SMBIOS section of the config.plist in OPENCORE-lion.qcow2. Use e.g. GenSMBIOS. You can mount the qcow2 via e.g. qemu-nbd.
