I routinely run shreddit on my account to scrub comments after I left enough information about me in various comments that a very dedicated and very angry user doxed me on an old account. Despite me deleting the comment months ago, my reddit recap was able to pull it up and tell me how many upvotes it got.
Don't use shreddit, use Power Delete Suite. It requires no skill and it doesn't require you to enter your password because it runs fully in the browser.
