    • How do you capture your gameplay in OBS? I mean, are you using built-in window capture mode? In the past I saw some people report that obs-vkcapture works better in terms of performance for them, did you try that? https://github.com/nowrep/obs-vkcapture Actually I don't think it will fix your issue related to AMD's encoder, but I believe it shall reduce performance impact at least.
