As far as I can remember, NoiseTorch uses RNNoise to do its thing. EasyEffects has a "noise reduction" effect available, which seems to be powered by RNNoise as well. So, in theory, you should be able to get the same (excellent) noise reduction if you're using PipeWire.
Personally, I had a better time and more consistent results with noise-suppression-for-voice a while back, but setting it up with PulseAudio is a bit finnicky, which is why I ended up using NoiseTorch instead.
