10 000 people donated an average amount of about 200 dollars worth of ETH to the Constitution DAO. To get it there they lost a 100 dollars out of the 200. The project failed. To get the refund back will again cost a 100 dollars per person. Everybody lost, accept for the Ethereum miners.
