You could [NxNandManager](https://github.com/eliboa/NxNandManager) to backup your entire Emunand. Then use hekate to recreate a new Emunand. And use the NxNandManager to restore the nand. Or you can configure AMS to boot SX OS Nand directly i.e. https://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-setup-atmosphere-emummc.541060/. As for XCIs, tinfoil should be able to install them.
