Use a password manager. Use Bitwarden for browser/phone integration and cloud storage, or use KeePass for extra security. Use it to generate a strong password and memorize it, then make that as your master password; don't write it down anywhere, but if you absolutely must make sure it's on actual physical paper without an explanation (as in, what it unlocks) and stored in a safe place at home at all times, never ever take it with you anywhere and never ever, ever leave it by any computer—this may seem like paranoia, but it's not; I have several reasons why if you care to ask. Use the password manager to generate strong passwords for your existing accounts, and reset your passwords on those accounts. Then use it to generate strong passwords from now on. Then use it even when it's inconvenient until you have memorized the master password and generated and stored all your passwords through it and it is second nature to use.
