   Allows to add algo switching support to *any* stratum miner. Zero fees.

   But generally none of the algos (maybe kawpow) will be more profitable than ergo/eth right now. Still worth wrapping every possible algorithm into meta-miner so if/when the prices go nutty it will switch and follow the boom (whatever algo it might be).
