XanMod: Linux kernel source code tree (by xanmod)

  • What distro are you using? If you are using Ubuntu or pop os I don't believe they have a fsync patched kernel. You can use this kernel for better performance. However, if you are using manjaro there kernel is already patched, if you are using arch you can install the linux-zen kernel from there repos. Then you should use lutris and lutris's wine. When using lutris make sure you are using lutris's wine. Watch a video on how to use lutris. Then make sure you enable the f-sync option for better performance.

  • you can also install gamemode for better performance. In manjaro's repos they have gamemode and lib32-gamemode so it is much easier to install
