You can also use any guitar by emulating a Wii remote with the guitar extension, and drums with the drums extension. You can also use an E-kit with this, but unfortunately, it's impossible to emulate the blue cymbal. I also don't think you emulate keys at all.
If you want to play vocals on PC, your best bet will be emulating the Wii version of Rock Band 3 on Dolphin.
