Unfortunately there are not many resources for that kind of learning in Turkish. In fact language learning techniques that does not start with grammer are not known in Turkey. I have never stumbled upon somebody that know Anki or Pimsleur in Ankara. So, as far as I know, whatever is available is made by people in other countries.
