privacybadger
Privacy Badger is a browser extension that automatically learns to block invisible trackers.
Which one to use is down to preference. I use AdGuard Home for DNS servers and run them in a split-horizon configuration. One local on a mini-PC and two on VPS. I chose AdG Home because it was easy to set up, has DNSSEC and HTTPS support, and is open-source. Then you either import blacklists or, in the case of AdG, toggle a switch to block all connections to FB, IG, Whatsapp, and so on.
Privacy badger is a simple browser plug in tool that solves many, not all, of the issues involved with tracking. Couple that with ublock origin and you will become harder to track. Unfortunately any plugin actually increases your browser fingerprint, but those should keep sight-to-sight tracking to a minimum.

Pi-hole - there are plenty of videos on how to set that up.
