I think https://github.com/mozilla/multi-account-containers/issues/1501 is closer to what OP needs. I agree that it would be nice to have, it would make it easier to distribute lists and such to other people too for sharing configurations.
This is my biggest complaint, and why I use Temporary Containers because the isolation is more... predictable, I guess?
