I looked into this a little bit 2 years ago. I ended up cheating and using the text already available on within youtube captions. You can search the captions by string and return a timecode. You can then chop of the video at that timecode and use ai to play the words at that timecode and slice out that bit of video with ffmpeg. It will shift the timecode left and right until the spoke words match the words your searching for (As the timecodes are sometimes slightly wrong).
