Get those, run a local webserver, and start tweaking things to get familiar with how things work. Then you'll be able to bring that knowledge to other frameworks, stacks and toolchains.
i would also suggest you combine three with react. there is no easier and faster way to learn and write threejs. what takes you a weekend digging through stackoverflow for boilerplate that has little to do with building 3d scenes will possible to write in minutes.
