Faster RCNN Training help

I have been working on object detection using Faster RCNN in pytorch. I have built all of the necessary layers as functions, while creating these functions I had referred to this github: https://github.com/pengzhou1108/RGB-N , my final goal is to recreate this same approach in pytorch. Right now, I am trying to overfit a single image but the results are not as expected. I am unable to find what is going wrong. I know there are some unnecessary lines of code which I will reduce later after figuring out what went wrong. Here is the notebook link: https://www.kaggle.com/el0700/imd-torch
