Maybe try another type of klipper image instead of the Octoprint one as a sanity check? I use FluiddPi and it works very well. You can get an image here ... https://github.com/cadriel/FluiddPI/releases/tag/v1.16.2

I think your best bet would be to try using Fluidd or Mainsail instead, and see if Octoprint is causing the issue : https://github.com/Jyers/Marlin/issues/169
