A new interface for audioserve and a request for help from any Rust developers

I’m currently working on a new interface for audioserve it’s still rough and ready and I’m running into stumbling blocks that are making it hard to make headway, but more on those at the end.

I've created a fork here https://github.com/KodeStar/audioserve where I'm hoping changes can be made and once ready push a PR back to master if Ivan is happy to merge the changes.
