There's this one (https://github.com/dschu012/d2lootfilter) but I've never used it so I can't comment on it. I only play single player so I just use 1.13c and I'm happy enough with BH.
You can see my current mod as setup here (https://github.com/cyhyraethz/d2-sp-mods) if you want. It also has downgrade instructions so you can switch to patch 1.13c without reinstalling. Most of the mods I use should work with 1.14d too (the only one I know doesnt work is BH).
