One thing I noticed in an initial skim though is that you're enabling ufw and only allowing certain ports. It is worth noting that any published ports in Docker will completely bypass this firewall. This might not be a big deal in this particular set up but did contribute to a compromise over at NewsBlur a few months back.
It wasn't intentional (I actually haven't spent much site on the Microsoft KB site). It's an open source Jekyll theme I created based on Bootstrap CSS. Pull requests welcome!
