Mask R-CNN for object detection and instance segmentation on Keras and TensorFlow

My implementation is based on the balloons example https://github.com/matterport/Mask_RCNN/blob/master/samples/balloon/balloon.py I just don’t use the coloring but apply the highlight function of the model.
