My suggestion would be to get familiar with a reverse proxy that auto renews the certs for you. Like caddy, traefik or NPM. I personally use NPM (Nginx Proxy Manager), easy to setup and maintain. And its full Nginx in the backend, so you can adjust the configs as you like manually when you get the hang of it.
