Hi, is there a way to fix the blurry in my character movement ? Usually I would use camera 2d and that would fix it, but this particular game I don't want to use camera2d. If you watch the player closely, it isn't a very pleasant experience after a while...

  • You could also use sub pixel rendering, but it might influence the look of your game. Personally I prefer this to yittery movement, but I have heard people expressing dislike for it in pixel art games before. To make use of sub pixel rendering, make sure you are not using pixel snapping, and have enabled filtering on your characters import. Your character will most likely now look blurry, but you can use this shader (https://github.com/CptPotato/GodotThings/tree/master/SmoothPixelFiltering) to fix that.
