By the way, the utility to check for processes being used by an Nvidia GPU is called nvidia-smi.exe, which luckily can output XML so its no biggy to parse. Here's a Powershell script which returns the processes being used by the GPU.
I've heard of spotify tui, which seems to have a ton more features (acting like an alternative spotify client, rather than just a daemon). There are Windows binaries provided from the github directly.
