And unfortunately, for my fellow Old 3ds users, even if it will not run at a playable speed, this forwarder completely blocks from booting on old devices (Why doing so? It would be cool just to mess around :/). But you can, by installing the 3dsx version of retroarch (I downloaded it from Universal Updater), downloading the PSX core (nightly and here), and launch the .cue file of the game in the same as the .bin file, run it by around 20fps if I remember correctly.
