Regarding Turn Marker in 0.8, the author appears to be absent and hasn't updated their module for the latest Foundry build. However, I've already submitted a fix for the player visibility issue that will hopefully get merged once the author returns. In the meantime, you can always update the code of this module to include my fix manually - feel free to reach out if you're unsure how to go about this.
Next Up - turn indicator, starting point indicator, auto opening/closing sheets for current combatant.
Monk's Token Bar - exactly what the name says. By default only linked/player tokens are added to it, but you can override it per token.
Monk's Little Details - some QoL things including turn indicator (Next Up seems to be a little bit more advanced in this).
