I broke redditDataExtractor, is there a way to fix it without losing my user/subreddit lists? more info in comments.

  The reddit Data Extractor is a cross-platform GUI tool for downloading almost any content posted to reddit. Downloads from specific users, specific subreddits, users by subreddit, and with filters on the content is supported. Some intelligence is built in to attempt to avoid downloading duplicate external content.

I know the program is no longer supported, but it's worked well for my purposes. The other day, I put my computer in sleep mode and it wouldn't wake so I had to do a hard reboot. After that, RDE gives me the above error when I try to start it. Any suggestions to fix it or recommendations for alternate tools?
