No, but This is honestly the tool that I like, https://diagrams.mingrammer.com/ There are several others and while Terraform is not specifically ported over, they do both port graphviz code, there are many more, another one I like is https://28mm.github.io/blast-radius-docs/ but also prob not what you are looking for. I believe the diagrams.mindgrammer.com might be the best tool, although there might be others that read from the state and build a map off that.
