A lot of them are easy as long as you're just trimming clips, but they also have a lot of other features for you to learn while you're at it. Davinci Resolve and Hitfilm Express are two big ones I see mentioned a lot with free version, but I gooled "free" and "easy" and saw one I've not really heard of called OpenShot. Here's another redditor's review. You may have to try a couple to find one that covers what you need without being too complicated or not doing what you need.
Shutter Encoder has a 'cut without encoding' feature that can be used for simple trimming, or if you want something more advanced, Lossless Cut gives you even more options.
