Could you open https://github.com/.keys in a browser to see if you recognize any of the keys on your account (maybe one of your servers has a key that you can use for verification)
I recently lost my devices both a laptop and phone. This means I cannot access my 2Fa and hence my github account. I have contacted Github support and am waiting for their response. My backend code is kinda recoverable as I had configured github actions to dokku. And by that I had setup an ssh_private_key on github as on https://github.com/dokku/github-action. I also have recovery codes but it seems I had generated new ones. Something that may help is that I have a laptop which I used to access Github with and had setup a key but I think I removed it.
