As they said in /r/zfs `zed` is a great way to go to monitor ZFS on Debian boxes. I use that combined with a self-hosted instance of [Healthchecks.io](https://healthchecks.io/) to monitor scrubs and replication. But with something like healthchecks.io you can easily integrate with plain old systemd services/timers too. Of course that doesn't scratch your itch for Grafana.
sanoid has run (hourly snapshots of all my datasets)
backups for each zpool (daily backups to a different box with syncoid for most zpools and to the cloud with restic for some specific datasets)
