on https://monkeytype.com besides there being coding languages + punctuation typing tests, there is an ascii option that just lets you type any ascii characters which is what I assume is where the real problem lies. Another way to gain productivity is by using/creating coding snippets if you use VS code. You can define your own 1-3 letter abbreviation that types out all the syntax and then you tab to fill in optional parameters. I personally like how this guys style https://github.com/tj/vscode-snippets
