Maggie Appleton's repo of digital gardens and gardening resources could be of help. There are some extensions to static site generators that might do the trick.
Got you covered here. :) I wrote obsidian export to do precisely this and have built my own pipeline around git, obsidian-export, Hugo and Netlify to publish select notes.
