Sounds like https://btcpayserver.org/ is what you're looking for. It's non custodial, open source, completely free and is the favourite in the space. There's also an enthusiastic community that can help you out if you find yourself stuck in the process.
If you actually want to use your own full node with your wallet, it gets slightly more complicated. There are a few guides for a bitcoin node on a dedicated device, like https://stadicus.github.io/RaspiBolt/ and there are other solutions that might be more beginner friendly, f.ex using the Specter wallet which can connect to your Bitcoin Core node directly.
