  An Ada binding for the libtcod rougelike library

I continued working on my Ada bindings for libtcod. I am working on implementing an Ada version of the Rougebasin C++ libtcod tutorial, which so far has helped me test and improve the bindings a lot. Right now, color, console, input, BSP, FOV, line-drawing, and pathfinding are all supported.
