Meaning Hourai bot could be forced to do anything at runtime that includes "ultrabanning" (related github file linked here https://github.com/james7132/Hourai/blob/main/base/hourai/bot/extensions/owner.py). James also mentioned not having the tools to undo a multi-server ban although the eval command is more than capable of that.
