Hi. I’m actually using a library called yfinance in python pypi to get my information. It scrapes data directly from yahoo and the library is easily one of the most popular libraries out there for finance. https://github.com/ranaroussi/yfinance . The library is licensed and has been there for years. Many people have used it for their projects and website if you look at their codes published and if it’s not legal, legal actions would definitely be taken long ago. Just my 2 cents, feel free to counter it 😅
