For Pulsars, look at B0329+54 (Northern hemisphere) and B0833-45 (Southern hemisphere) as they are the strongest. Note that the flux density is higher at low frequencies (E.g. B0329+54 is 1.5 Jy at 400MHz, but only 0.2 Jy at 1.4 GHz). Without a movable dish you need to consider when they will be in the beam of your dish and for how long (as with a small dish you'd need a long integration time).
