Do you not think straight-up Arch Linux would be a bit of a challenge for a newcomer? Things like archinstall and Anarchy Installer can help with the install process but I feel like EndeavourOS or Manjaro Linux might be a slightly better introduction to Linux

Ventoy is great for this. Copy image files to the USB stick and when you boot from the USB you get a menu of all the images. Doesn't work with everything, but anything that can boot from UEFI should work. Toss a bunch of Linux distro images onto one stick and try them out.
I've been using Solus lately, but for a beginner i would recommend something like Pop os or ubuntu or linux mint. Also, if your distro uses gnome DE, and ypu would like it to feel more like windows, i have a script that can do that at: https://github.com/AwptiK/Liw-Is-not-Windows
