So, what do you think, what would it take to create a new identity on those types of websites without being linked to your old accounts? Maybe it's just too unreliable to succeed at? Maybe we just need to move on to alternative websites which we are sure they aren't trying to track us on. So instead of Reddit we go to https://saidit.net/ and gitlab instead of github. Discord is hard to replace because it's a bit like Steam, both Steam and Discord have competitors, but their competitors don't even appear on the threat radar, everyone is using Discord and Steam, no point in becoming a hermit in a niche app.
I would recommend Whonix as a VM as a starting point. There are many tools that go hand-in-hand with Whonix to anonymize you further. One example is Kloak. Kloak helps prevent deanonymization of keystrokes. Note: Kloak doesn’t work with Qubes Whonix. This is just one of many tools to help really hide your true identity.
