Plex just convinced me to move JellyFin from backup to primary media streamer

On Android mobile, I just use MX Player Pro as an external player, with the MX_FFmpeg codec. Its pretty good.

There have been some improvements in ExoPlayer (the video player library that we use) recently, so this should only be getting better in the future. In the meantime, we disabled SSA/ASS client support with 2.3.0 to force the server to transcode and burn the subtitles into the video stream.
