How to access Ledger Nano S seeds outside of Trinity wallet?

You can usethis converter to convert your mnemonic phrase to your iota seed. Use it offline of course when you enter the seed, maybe on a raspberry pi. This will give you the seed of your wallet. Try to enter the seed on the trinity wallet. This is just an idea wich is probably not the easiest way, but you could even enter the seed on the mobile app and you wouldn’t require the ledger to recover your iotas.

I think your link is only for standard BIP39 seeds and not the specific format the ledger is using. but i'm not 100% sure. However, there exist is a specific tool for that purpose: https://github.com/muXxer/recover-iota-seed-from-ledger-mnemonics
